Welcome to the Braehead ladies section, here you’ll find useful information to help you find you way. We play our medals and trophy competitions on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year, with tee times allocated on BRS. We also play in the very popular Sewell competition every weekend during the winter season, where your best six scores count, and we’re down to a short 12 hole course. Our senior ladies play most Monday mornings around 10am and chat over a coffee and lunch afterwards; all ladies are welcome to join them. We participate in team league competitions and friendly matches throughout the season against opposing clubs, and organise two very popular mixed golf tournaments during the season. We are always very active organising fundraising events for local causes and charities. Please refer to the fixture card and the notice board in the ladies locker room for further information.

Congratulations to Jennifer Ure on becoming only the second lady to win a place in the International Finals of the Golf in Scotland Series Tournament. Jennifer won her heat at Trump International Golf Links, Aberdeen and will now join the other winners for the “All inclusive” finals to be held Turkey in 2021
